How we handle your information

Marwah-Jad Immigration Law Inc. collects the information in the Canada Pathways Report questionnaire to assess your eligibility for Canadian immigration programs, prepare your report, process your payment and follow up with you about the report.

Your answers are stored on secure, encrypted servers in the United States and are seen only by our licensed professionals and staff who prepare and review reports. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We use trusted third-party service providers to host the service, send email and prepare reports, under contractual confidentiality terms; every report is reviewed and approved by a licensed professional before it is sent.

We do not sell your information. We keep it as long as needed for the report and any file you open with us, and as required by our professional obligations. You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask questions about this notice, at info@immcanlaw.com.
